About me...
I have many years of successful experience as an executive manager for the US subsidiaries of numerous international organizations. I have worked for privately held, publicly traded, and private equity companies including Roper Industries, NCR, EQT, and Nova Ventures. My background encompasses the high tech, life science, pharmaceutical, food, chemical, hospitality, and industrial markets throughout North and South America.
Thankfully, I have been able to develop strong teams that have delivered record results at every organization for which I had responsibility.
I have recently released a book entitled "The Pyramid of Business Success - 15 Characteristics Every Leader Needs to Build a Successful, Long Term Business". It outlines my theories on leadership and what it takes to build a strong organization from the ground up.
