Accepted complete management responsibility for the marketing department at Buchi and developed a new marketing tool to explain the unique differences of one complete product line that incorporated video, animation, customer references, technical specifications, and the ability to generate a quote in one easy to use application running on a tablet. The tool has been used extensively since its inception and sales of this product are at their highest point in over five years.

Leading member of a team that developed international e-learning programs for internal and external customers at Buchi and Struers.

Created a direct marketing campaign that resulted in 400% increase in sales of an automatic grinder and polisher.
Created Struers first website in the early 1990’s in advance of most organizations and at least two years ahead of competitors.
Created the first CD-ROM within our global organization for marketing purposes. This was later made available for use by every company within our international organization.
Proposed new idea to integrate PC technology into future development of laboratory equipment for better technical support and ease of use. The idea was accepted and it is still being implemented today.
Created the first HTML email campaigns within the global organization. These principles were later adopted by other sister companies and are still being used today.

Created an integrated marketing campaign at Dantec that incorporated telesales, direct mail, e-mail, and print advertising that resulted in a 250% increase in sales for one specific product.

Made a proposal to the board of directors at Buchi to integrate a tablet device into the next generation of their most successful product. The proposal was accepted and the tablet device will be incorporated when the new product is released in 2014.
