Restructured and combined multiple departments at Struers and Buchi in order to streamline operations and increase overall effectiveness.

Designed and implemented a challenging new compensation plan that focused each sales person on the attainment of multiple goals at Buchi, Dantec and Struers. This enabled our organization to increase sales, profitability and encourage the correct utilization of our CRM system.
