During my career I have attended numerous sales training programs and read countless books on sales methodologies. Most of them offered solid techniques that would certainly help sales people involved in a "business to business" selling environment, but regardless of these positive experiences I always felt that there was something missing from what I had just been taught. I was never able to find one program that covered all of the tools a motivated sales person would need in order to experience long term success.
I decided to fix this, so I interviewed numerous business owners and sales managers about their organizations and what skills they felt their sales teams were lacking. Coupling their feedback with my own experience allowed me to create a unique hybrid sales training program to solve this problem.
