  • Personally implemented a hybrid selling program at Buchi Corporation in 2011. It enabled our order intake for 2011 and 2012 to be the top two years in the history of the organization. This hybrid program was also personally implemented at Struers and Dantec with similar results.

 

  • Increased sales in our Canadian market at Struers by 125% over a three year period by adding new personnel, adopting a new sales methodology, and aggressively  taking market share from our competitors

 

 

  • Record results were derived from our existing distributor network in South America at Dantec by retraining existing distribution network, adding new distribution partners, and using our CRM tool to more diligently manage their efforts.

 

  • Developed programs at Buchi, Dantec and Struers that required all sales people to create annual business plans enabling them to evaluate their previous performance and detail what specific steps for improvement they needed to implement for the upcoming sales year.

 

  • Successfully applied sales and management techniques to organizations covering a wide variety of products and technologies including but not limited to the industrial, hi-tech, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, military, educational and governmental markets.
